protocol 80 Teaches Dreamweaver to Local Business Owners




On February 9th and 16th, protocol 80 gave a course through the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford on Adobe/Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. The courses was an introduction to Dreamweaver, covering the very basics of creating a simple web site in Dreamweaver, and using the Dreamweaver environment to create and manage web sites.


The course was offered through the Business Resource Center at UPB as a non-credit course, targeted at small business owners and medium to large business employees responsible for updating corporate web sites.


The course covered basic text formatting through common HTML elements such as Headings, and displayed CSS as a mechanism for reusing text formatting and alignment. Basic forms were covered as was a very basic introduction to Flash.
